Sales start at 9:00AM ET and typically last only 48 hours, or until the merchandise is sold out, whichever comes first.Key Responsibilities:* Plan, organize and carry-out all activities related to recruitment which included, but was not limited to descriptions and postings to various websites, screening interviews, in person interviews, background checks and employment offers* Put together new employee packages and assist Payroll with New Hire information* Discuss various recruitment needs with Management and offer proper support and follow-ups* Track sick days, vacation days, salary increases, transfers, etc.* Maintain the Employee Database* Enter employees in the Group Insurance Plan and answer any related questions/concerns.* Development of policies* Employee Relations* Advise Upper Management on managing their teams* Dealt with various employee cases * New Hires, Terminations, implementation of Performance Reviews, Promotions, Demotions, etc.* Various reporting for Upper Management* Labor law knowledge* HR related projects such as OLF, Training that applies to Bill 90, Government subsidies for employees with special needs etc.
