My experience is extensive in all HR services and functions. I have had many key assignments in Bell Laboratories, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies. I opted to take an early offer program and retired after twenty five years of a very successful career. I then decided that my experiences would be beneficial to supporting the education of children in inner city public schools My experiences have provided outstanding knowledge in areas of all Human Resources Operational Functions and Services, including Human Capital Planning, Recruiting and Hiring, EEO/Affirmative Action, Federal and State Compliance, Program Development and Deployment, Policy Development, and Consulting and Coaching. I have planned and implemented new Technology. I additionally am well versed in Employee Relations and Labor Relations. I have developed and implemented strategic and management plans, I have the ability and experience leading large and small organizations.
