I have been an active participant in the high tech industry for the past thirty five years, with a career that includes management and executive leadership roles in all aspects of GTM strategy and operations. Building upon a solid management foundation that I was fortunate to experience early in my career with Fortune 500 companies, including IBM and ADP, I have spent the last twenty plus years in executive leadership positions in early stage and scale-up software businesses. My operational background has enabled me to help build and scale several successful ventures, from early stage through acquisition and/or IPO. A results-oriented leader and avowed lifelong learner, I enjoy the challenge and rapid pace that the high tech industry provides. Building, empowering, and scaling teams, focused on achievement of a shared vision, has been my motivation and inspiration throughout my career.
