Rita began her career with SBH Career Division as a Job Developer 25 years ago and has served as the Director of the Division for the past 17 years. She has an abiding commitment to client satisfaction and high-quality work. Rita is a highly knowledgeable human resources professional with the analytical, functional, and technical skills necessary to manage and motivate the range of team members needed to serve the communities’ employment needs. Together with her team, Rita manages a myriad of employment services as well as a robust skills training initiative. Rita has developed strong ties with numerous clients as well as a large cohort of volunteers and continually looks for innovative initiatives to expand the services that SBH Career Division offers. Her strong leadership has allowed her to develop relationships with thousands of employers who have regularly turned to her for assistance in hiring qualified staff. Rita's well-crafted network of professionals and lay leadership has served as a model and guide for how to effectively build business connections. In addition to her extensive professional experience, Rita holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
