- Processing clearance requests for the various government agency customers for our Managed Security Services. And ensuring employees and contractors have the required clearance and validity maintained.- Perform quality assurance, internal audit, or risk management functions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the QA framework, enhancing its robustness and efficiency to streamline the clearance process.- Deputy Facility Security Officer (DFSO) responsible for managing and overseeing the securityfunctions and activities related to the NZDF contract or contracts, on behalf of SPARK.- Assisting with security awareness activities including but not limited to company-widecommunications in support of Spark's cybersecurity initiatives.- Event Sponsorship (Women in Security Awards): Sponsor on behalf of Spark, coordinatingarrangements and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effectivecommunication.

Roles Duties:- Supporting marketing campaigns planning and execution.- Writing social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.- Assisting in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attendthem to facilitate their success.- Assisting in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.- Participating in marketing brainstorming sessions.- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer rating reports/questionnaires.

Unfortunately due to COVID, this full-time role had changed to a contract basis.- Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and new salesthrough referrals and references.- Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers intarget markets.- Identifying and nurturing both new and existing referral sources to build strong, successfulrelationships for referrals.

Started as a junior sales specialist and moved up to senior sales specialist. - Networking and Managing high priority operator accounts - Training new staff to company requirements - Maintain statistical and financial records - Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds - Meeting profit and sales targets

- Assisting with JUCY's social media channels including community management,stories, and post content, influencer co-ordination. - Website content (working within our Silver Stripe CMS) and writing of content (ifapplicable), sourcing creative, uploading and maintaining the site. - Assisting the S&M team with the new Auckland JUCY Snooze and Miss Lucysproject build, creative development, marketing/sales/comms plan, liaising andcoordination with partners, on-site deliverables.
