Current- Managing a project, its team and all the logistics involved;- Monitoring all phases of a project, outlining and monitoring tasks and deadlines;- Maintaining permanent contact with the client, participants and speakers, whenever necessary;- Continuously updating all processes with a view to constant improvement and boosting quality;- Managing LisbonPH's logistics assets and liaising with its suppliers;- Managing LisbonPH's inventory, keeping a permanent update of existing stocks.
