Manage, oversee and control the overall Time Charter account management for Gearbulk Time Charter in and Gearbulk Time Charter out vessels. Overseeing and ensuring that the quality of the Company’s standards regarding Time Charter and company voyage related business invoicing, collection, cost control, payments and voyage result reporting is in accordance with instructions and company requirements. Vessel & voyage account control of Gearbulk controlled voyage related business including monitoring, approval, control and management reporting of Time Chartered tonnage off-hire and consequential costs . Busines controlling and financial reporting on one of Gearbulk's business units. Responsible to manage and lead the Gearbulk TC Marine Accounting personnel.

Analyse Charter Parties and voyage documents, clarify events with operators, chartering, agents and the Masters. Calculate laytime. Invoice customers with full supporting documentation ensuring claims are received within time bar. Negotiate with customers as to the correctness of demurrage claims and in disputes or non-fulfilment of payment. Pursue payment of invoices by customers. Monitor bank statements and reconcile payments.Update the company`s operating system. Produce monthly reports, assist chartering and operations with feedback on commercial terms: providing answers on demurrage and laytime questions and identifying issues and proposing solutions.
