Develop and implement Project Management standards and procedures inclusive of project life cycle, templates, testing standards, and change management to address needs • Assist leadership team with management and prioritization of strategic and departmental implementations with multiple cross functional teams• Participate in vendor evaluations and contract negotiations for new software, hardware, and services being rendered. • Manage communications required to the executive team and all team leads in the areas of the implementation standards and project management to ensure process efficiency and continuity.• Lead process redesign discussions with leadership and focus groups to evaluate alternative best practices for continuous process improvement• Manage, coach, and mentor Project Managers associated with assigned projects• Administer the project budgets and ensure that programs are cost-effective and funds are managed according to scope defined by executive sponsor/business owner. • Work with teams to develop training options and project delivery methods that best fits the organization• Train and supervise personnel • Monitor and review costs, schedules and staffing requirements for cross-functional project teams. • Serves as liaison to vendors and project team members for the implementation of computer systems according to an established project plan.
