I sometimes run the meeting & give out the night’s assignments. We sometimes have a team of about 12 maybe more associates. I also am responsible for doing the Wellness checks, Of the night crew. Also do the checks for the other associates that start to come to work around 4 am and on. Sometimes I am left in charge of the Store at night. When my manager is off. I receive the Trucks sometimes. That could be the meat & produce, Freezer and Dairy, the Dry grocery truck. On occasions I received the General merchandise truck. I do a nightly check of the overnight stockers. I finalize the trucks too, if need be. I also arm the store, take phones calls at night if need be. Help out where needed in the store. Make sure the store is cleaned up after our night of stocking freight. Make sure the store is ready for the customers in the morning. Communicate with the opening managers or store manager. Send emails if need to communicate about what went on in the night.

I helped out where management need me to be. I sometimes worked on the front end & covered the overnight CSM lunches. Worked in self checkout. Worked in various departments in the store. Made sure the night stockers were zoing the store at 5am until home time.

I lead a team of 12 plus people. Our job was to unload Wal-Mart trucks. We also worked the freight to the sales floor. Did this job for a few years. While working there.
