I am a strategic thinker with extensive advisory and board experience in international and North American markets. As a Chartered Director with a focus on good corporate governance, I bring my legal, investment banking and strategy/risk analysis experience to my clients. I specialize in power, energy, infrastructure, Clean Tech (renewable energy), water and waste-water. In these sectors, I advise start-ups and pre-IPO companies, as well as established, publicly quoted companies. I have worked on restructuring companies with a more extensive history in order to increase shareholder value. I advise on diversity programs and large-scale change management. By creating The Women's Mentor Initiative in 2001, I established an innovative way of engaging women throughout client organizations in a way that positively impacts the bottom line.
