VapeEZ is an electronic cigarette developer engaged in the design, development, production and sales of electronic cigarettes and related products, including electronic cigarettes and CBD atomizers. During my tenure, I was mainly responsible for IGNITE product line maintenance and new product recommendation, including disposable e-cigarettes, pod system e-cigarettes, CBD and THCP overseas developed flavor. External acquisition of customer needs and provide solutions and prices to customers, lead the internal R&D team and the project period from project setup to EVT, DVT, PVT process, and deal with various complaints.

The company service includes the creative design, product photography service, acrylic/metal/corrugate display, transport and supply chain optimization to the US, European brand. 1. Interfaces with technical team on customer side and supports commercial team with information gathering and project proposal development.2. Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.3. Manages all aspects of customer communications during the phase of the project.4. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.5. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.6. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.

1.Sourcing supplier base on Company business strategy and audit supplier to pick up qualified one, talk with supplier to sign NDA, negotiate payment term, sign business contract etc ; 2.Follow up purchasing procedure to send qualified suppliers RFQ and get quotations in time for different projects.3.Control all outsource price, according to the material cost, manufacture cost, labor cost and production efficiency to making analysis and then work out a reasonable price to negotiate with supplier to meet this price; 4. Monitor quality and delivery status and help get issue resolved; 5. Optimize overall cost of the printing solution. The mainly outsourcing products including book(Bible with leather cover, ipad leather cover, magazine and children's book such as board book, pop-up book and so on); color box, hand-made box, booklet, poster etc

My responsibility includes manage project from the initial design to shipment. Sourcing supplier suits for individual project and do cost analysis and prepare quote to customer. manage supplier etc. The mainly products including display box, plastic folder card,plastic box,stickers etc.

Paccess Global is a Company which provides supply chain solution service ,packaging consult service, and fulfillment services to meet business' specific supply chain needs, mainly packaging product including color box, plastic box, carton, sticker, paper card, manual etc. I am a project coordinator firstly and report to senior project manager.
