I have worked with The "Blues" for 40 years as of March 4, 2014. I began working in the Membership Department in 1974 at Blue Cross Blue Shield of West Virginia, later, I was given responsiblility for obtaining medical records from doctors and hospitals for BCBSWV applicants. From that department, I moved to what was then Data Processing serving as Executive Secretary to the Vice President of Data Processing. With responsibilities of working for the Vice President, I was also Tape Librarian for the department. After the closing of BCBS of WV, I was fortunate enough to become a part of CASCI in the Bell Unit, here in Charleston, West Virginia. CASCI began as a 76 person team doing Bell Services, as a subsidiary of The DC Plan. I am now serving as Executive Secretary to the VP of CASCI Operations, beginning in 1991 to date.
