As company secretary for this firm, I handled coordination of day to day listed company administration, including compilation of financial reports, quarterly market updates, annual financial and operations reports and organisation of monthly board meetings and annual general meetings, as well as accounting reconciliation and payroll. Liaising with the ASX, ASIC, Share Registries, Shareholders, Legal Representatives, Accounting Partners and Daily Operations and Administration from the Head Office in China were part of day to day responsibilities, and developed coordination and prioritisation amongst the most keenly required of attributes.

Kinetic Securities was a boutique brokerage and financial advisory firm of approximately 50 staff, based in Sydney, Australia, with a satellite office in Queensland. During my tenure here, I was promoted from back office administration to executive assistant to the two Managing Directors, handling all of their daily schedules, travel arrangements and expenses claims. Due to the boutique nature of this firm, I also covered administration team management, payroll, account keeping and reconciliation, as well as management for day to day operations.
