Manage the Deployment Services group working directly with IT Ops Developers, Test Managers, PMO as well as various Business Units to plan, coordinate and oversee the processes supporting technology changes. The department maintains and supports the Banks' SDLC processes from code deployment and post production validation to the facilitation of the Technical Change Advisory Board meetings. Analyze current processes and implement enhancements in order to continually improve the departments processes.
