This was my 2nd time on the Mars Pet Care Team. I love it to pieces. I worked on Segmented side. Previously I worked on SAS Walmart side. Loved it..... I would even be willing to return if asked.

Still with HP Job duties are listed below under Mosaic.. HP moved their contract to 2020 Companies, I followed. My sales were good. My instant Ink numbers were #7 in the nation. Proud of this! I am willing to return, if called.

Merchandising Audits for Kroger Stores

Work with key decision makers in stores to maintain product availability, by continually checking for Distribution issues to avoid out of stocks and distribution voids for many Clients at once. Assisting stores to keep their KPI rates high to continually increase sales. Helping stores to maintain OSA or OSCA on a regular basis. On a previous route, I represented the Mars Pet Care Team, doing the same thing! Loved it!

This company publishes 3 academic journals and sponsors the Academic Business World International Conferences . I Help with everything including the Set up and checking of equipment to make sure its working. Help put registration packets together. Registering customer /clients, checking them into their designated conferences and make sure they have all info in their packets that is needed. Giving directions as needed. Making sure all customer/clients know which conference they are scheduled for. Make schedule corrections as necessary. Make sure corrections are posted and that customer clients are aware of correction. This position has ended due to the owners health. He is closing the business.

I Work with Inbound callers who need roadside assistance. Whatever their need, I use my customer Service skills to dispatch the correct service needed. Whether its for a tow truck, or simply locked keys inside of the car.

In 2012 when I first got this job, it was part time. I serviced the frozen Dept. at Walmart. I worked with Superfridge. I changed the promotions every 2 weeks and stocked the coolers every 2 weeks. This was done, so that the folks who demonstrated could have enough product to sell. In 2013, I was promoted to Full time, and I became a member of Small Syndicated Format Team, my supervisor was Doug Stewart, I serviced Walmart Stores and CVS pharmacy as well as Independent gas stations. In Walmart Stores, I audited their produce Department for quality as well as interviewed customers on what their opinions of the Produce Quality was like. For CVS, I audited the front of the store for Out of Date merchandise, Price Accuracy, as well as safety issues in the store and in their stock room. In the Pharmacy, I needed special clearance to Audit their prescriptions and procedures according to state and federal laws. In convenient the stores, I checked the distribution of our clients products on the shelf, I helped them correct their counts and suggested ordering new products. I left this position due to moving to Kentucky, I was notified that there were no open positions available at the time of my move, so I was unable to transfer. Willing to Work for Advantage again.

I managed 4 associates to complete our daily goal of having a clean, well stocked Produce and Floral Department that customers loved. My goal was Quality first. I turned the department around. My crew and I increased the sales and even was able to secure an account with a local community school to provide them with produce and special treats for the children to have nutritious meals and snacks. I worked out schedules during vacations and illnesses. Together we changed the Comac weekly. We worked as a team to meet our daily goals. Unloaded the truck, filled out of stocks, placed orders. Lifting was required. Each Box was aprox. 75 lbs or more.

Hired in as seasonal temporary. Was kept after Season was over. Worked my way up from Cashier, Stocking and helping with plan o grams, , to Guest Services Desk and then Trained to run the Education Department. I left this position to move to Illinois. I worked also in Champaign, IL where I learned how to cut fabric. I stocked and worked at the cutting counter.
