• Create & share the visibility for Daily Sales Reports.• Update Azzure template & Hybris system for salesmen to reflect customer’s order .• Provide Customer master data list & to review / amend when needed .• Handle staff sales Nestle Order for SEPN Dbayeh & Nestle waters Hazmieh for Nestle employees ~ 100 individual orders + groups monthly basis.• Process Trade agreements for customers based on BDA.• Share Internal memos for new and promo skus.• Create Activity booklets with sales team & CDT’s alignment. • Consolidate & objectives as aligned with CDT & cascade to sales team. • Generate DOR Report & updates to take respective actions.• Update Finance Monthly RIG & OG comments to be shared with respective stakeholders• Set the Product Allocation by channel / hierarchy • Set GPR in system with new selling price for specific SKU & share Memos• Updating Selling Price List in switchboard / local dashboard.• Open / close Customer accounts ( blocking accounts, change payment terms etc….) with sales’ alignment• Validate BDA & archive following log sheet Record & Update• Filing & stamping Credit notes & Invoice as per MOF / tax law.• Coordinate with NBS to ensure the process all Credit Notes print out to be checked & filed.• Communicate Trade deals & notes

- Issuance of Purchase Requisitions related to local maintenance goods/services - Issuance of legal documentations with customers based on Nestlé Supplier Code - Implement all Nestle Globe Best Practices relating to customer service and order to cash process to ensure accurate and error free orders - Educate clients on the services offered by Customer Service and act as the main point of contact for non commercial issues - Responsible to make a survey with major customers on quarterly basis to see what they think about our service as well as suggestions for improvement - Day to day management of Data Capture Function (Invoicing, credit notes, miscellaneous outgoing, etc.). - Monitor all invoiced orders closely with the warehouse & distribution team - Coordinate with MH all stock transfers between warehouses and 3PL
