I lead a group of 10 Area Managers, more than 100 site administrators, & their site support teams throughout Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana.My core competencies include customer relationship management, business analytics, human capital optimization, business forecasting, HR / ER management, and brand ambassadorship.
