I am a Human Resources professional with 12 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility. I recently joined Boston Scientific; thrilled to be a HR Director for Cardiology Sales. Before BSC, I worked at the American Cancer Society as a Managing Director for People Technology, Operations and Insights where we successfully implemented Workday in a quick timeframe. Previously at ACS I was a Strategic Director, People and Organization Development, partnering across the organization. I will forever be an advocate for ACS and am grateful for the time I spent working for their incredible mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.I spent the majority of my career at Best Buy, my last role as a Senior Manager and HR Business Partner supporting multiple capabilities. In addition to my day-to-day work in HR and talent, I was also a member of the Inclusion & Diversity Steering Committee and the Customer Office that drove customer obsession and employee experience initiatives across the enterprise.
