As a Consultant at Quasinfalível, I help clients improve their software process quality by adopting Agile mindset and practices; and implement standards (such as ISO 9001) and models (such as CMMI for Development). I also deliver courses on Project Management, Agile Leadership, among others, sharing my knowledge and experience with learners from various backgrounds and industries.I hold a PhD in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, where I am also an Invited Professor and a Trainer at Técnico+, the advanced training school. My research interests include agile software development; process mining; gamification; and information systems. I have published multiple papers on these topics and participated in several research projects at INOV Inesc Inovação, where I am an Associated Researcher.
