Client Services Consultant, National Accounts Managed the disability, life and dental insurance benefit plans and client relationships for three large group insurance clients: Kindred Healthcare (34,000 eligible lives), McDonald’s (25,000 eligible lives) and Chipotle Mexican Grill (2,300 eligible lives). Served as primary “face to client”, responsible for meeting/exceeding client goals and to create long-term value for the clients by providing exceptional day-to-day account management, benefit plan administration expertise and consultative assistance. Other accomplishments and experience: • Served as project manager for a fifteen month client implementation project for benefit plan design improvement, provided client with alternative solutions, identified possible plan design alternatives and implemented design changes to their employee life insurance benefit plan; provided leadership to an internal team of seven and client team of three; project implementation was completed on time and exceeded the clients’ expectations. • Collaborated with and served as a liaison between the client and internal MetLife teams and with the client's Third Party Administrator to assist with problem resolution and trouble shooting.• Coordinated and facilitated client meetings, in person or via conference call, prepared materials, agendas and presentations, led client account audits and strategic planning process and partnered with financial team in completion of client reports.• Completed MetLife’s “Yellow Scarf” project management training.
