360 Imprimir is the first Portuguese online graphic. It is a well- succeeded startup with a great growth not only at Portugal but also at Spain, Brazil and Mexico.Currently, I am leading a project at the marketing department that consists in the definition of the consumer profile through a marketing study and the definition of new products and a communication plan for them.

Currently I am responsible for a team that delivers internships in Portuguese companies for youth all over the world.My team matches the realization of the young people's dream of coming to Portugal developing their inner leader with the companies' internalization strategy.

I am proud to say that my team and I were responsible for the process of choosing the future leaders of tomorrow.

The Global Talent gives access to a network of young highly skilled people from any part of the world. It reaches areas from management to marketing, design, technologies and so on. We are connected to about 2400 universities around the world, ensuring therefore a very wide range of profiles thus guaranteeing companies that an innovative vision and new ways of working will be brought on by these young trainees.Main responsibilities as Global Talent Internship Manager:- Contact, through telephone, email and by visiting companies that may be interested in the Global Talent program and explain them the project of international trainees;-Perform the selection process of the candidates interested in the internship opportunity;- Take care of the required bureaucratic part of the process relating to the legalization of internship and trainee (employment contracts, visa applications, etc.);- Monitor the company and the trainee throughout the program by periodic evaluation questionnaires, continuous contact and periodic evaluation processes.

CardioID is a mature start up that owns a patent technology and, with it, works the electrocardiogram (ECG) like no company ever did: though sensors embedded in everyday life objects, CardioID technology can detect and standardize behaviors. During 4 months over the internship I had the opportunity to work close with the management team, supporting them on matters regarding strategy, marketing planning and CRM tools. Additionally, I had render advising on website and social media contents.

Realvitur is a travel agency based at Vila Real and present also at Porto (Portugal), Angola and Mozambique. This internship was mainly in the area of Digital Marketing.I was integrated at the IT department where I had the opportunity to develop my skills in web marketing and communication at social networks.I was apart of the development of the company's new website but my main assignment was the elaboration of daily facebook posts and the examination of their impact. Plus, I made a marketing plan for the angency with suggestions focused at the company's social network comunication using it as an important vehicle to promote the brand and its services.
