Duties included: participation in home product design; marketing strategies, media planning and liaison with advertising and public relations agencies; developing and overseeing an off-site design and options showroom; sales personnel management, training, continuing education, hiring, firing; special events management, including model grand openings and annual corporate/employee events; broker programs and promotions; liaison with mortgage companies; and supervising maintenance of models.

Sold $3 million in first four months of pre-construction sales of Coral Pointe, 170 single-family homes. One-person sales team; personally managed every aspect of the sale. Responsibilities included everything from the initial greeting of the customer to follow-up, in order to make the sale. After the sale, monitored the financing, completed the color selection and provided service to closing.
