Being a greeter, I always said, "hello" to various individuals.It was crucial to give a good clients impression of the agency or office. It is important to follow procedures or rules when assisting clients who are coming to an out-patient clinic or visiting a hospital patient. Being courteous to all individuals coming to a public setting is crucial. These are things that I have learned on the job.
