Prior to joining Cornerstone Search Group, Rita was Director of Business Development for Career Blazers, a national recruiting firm. She was instrumental in building the legal recruitment practice for their NJ office from its inception in 2004 through 2008. Rita began her professional executive search career in 2000 with Michael E. Marion & Associates where she provided retained executive search services for several pharmaceutical & biotech clients. She attended Ramapo College and Bergen Community College where she majored in Nursing.
