Managed 3 departments with 20 professional, paraprofessional and clerical staff. Coordinated departmental responsibilities including editing of 40,000 book profiles per year and maintaining the bibliographic integrity of a serials database with 110,000 records and the administration of more than 200,000 customer standing orders for series publications. Assisted Sales Representatives in customer presentations and worked personally with Collection Development Librarians demonstrating Approval Plans and describing Continuations Services. Attended professional library conferences as part of the Company team, becoming involved in association committees. Presented information sessions at the North American Serials Interest Group.
