Responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all projects in accordance with company policy & procedures.The biggest projects: document management system (DMS) development project (role of project manager); uniforms for customer service centers employees modeling and sewing project (role of project manager); environmental project „Save resources and change yourself“ (role of project manager); various projects related to customer center and administration premises equipping and modernization (role of team member).Duties:• Being involved in a project from evaluation, conception and implementation;• Preparing contracts and the terms and conditions of purchases;• Leading, motivating and managing a team in all aspects of estimating, planning and resource evaluation;• Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project;• Reviewing and approving all project documentation;• Resolving any problems and issues that arise;• Preparing status reports for use in communication to stakeholders;• Managing the project schedule, budget, quality and scope;• Managing communication between the stakeholders;• Coordinating partners, stakeholders and working groups engaged in project works;• Monitoring and engaging all contractors, consultants and third party suppliers within each project;• Identifying, analyzing, measuring and managing project risk.
