- Selected as a summer intern in the Environmental, Social, and Governance department in one of San Diego’s fastest-growing CPG brands and the #1 leader in avocado oil- Assisted in creating a company-wide composting and fresh produce program in San Diego and Guadalajara by providing 120 employees access to fresh produce, a composting starter kit, and an annual membership- Partnered with the United Nations San Diego chapter and multiple non-profits to create a wide range of weekly volunteer opportunities for Chosen Foods employees- Collaborated with the Vice President of ESG to develop and lead a multi-pronged strategy for ESG, create dashboards and reporting to track performance, and develop an integrated and coordinated corporate sustainability strategy, ultimately leading to achieving a certified B corporation status
