I am a professional partner and have been at Abreu Advogados since 2024, working primarily in Corporate and M&A.With more than 17 years’ experience, I develop my activity in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practices, with specialization in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.I have advised several Portuguese and international clients, advising on and coordinating some of the biggest M&A deals in Portugal, representing leading companies and private equity funds in many different sectors, including but not limited to industry, distribution, retail, infrastructure, life-science, healthcare, tourism, hospitality, services, home décor and luxury products, new technologies & innovation, and the media.I advise and assist the day-to-day of several renowned business groups, particularly in the areas of corporate law, commercial contracts, financial contracts, and ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) issues.I speak Portuguese, English and Spanish.
