I was born in Auburn, Ca. I was raised in Roseville, Ca. We then moved to Penryn, Ca, where I attended Penryn Elementary School and graduated Del Oro High in 1962. I went to work for McClellan AFB and also attended AR College to enhance my career at McClellan AFB. Throughout my career I was promoted to a contract administrator, a procurement agent, a contracting officer, a contract negotiator, an EEO Specialist, and ended my 34-year career as a Management Analyst for the Directorate of Contracting & Manufacturing. It was there that I gained skills of working and helping people as well as negotiating multi-million dollar government contracts. Two years later a new career idea turned into a reality, I went back to school to become a tax preparer, which I did for 2 years at H&R Block. In about 2003, my son, Mark Delgado,Realtor® convinced me that I should get into real estate since I liked helping and working with people. I received my real estate license in 2004 and also became a Notary Public. My husband, Joseph Delgado and I have five beautiful children and 14 grandchildren.
