Current▶ SCOPE: Recruited to join fast-growing team, leveraging relationship-building experience to better service clients. Appointed to team of 6–7 account executives and 5–6 financial analysts. Partner with financial analysts to review data and identify painpoints to improve client experiences. Establish rapport with HR leaders, bring feedback to team to meet company/employee needs. Serve as main point of contact with vendors (insurance carriers, administrators, billing, and benefits/payroll), creating buy-in to meet service goals. Maintain expertise in ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s, and Health Care Reform. ▶ KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:● Established rapport with robust book of business/client portfolio and technical expertise to clients and sales team. Received excellent feedback from clients and ensured high-levels of retention with USI due to attention to detail and engagement.● Championed cross-selling initiatives to develop customer accounts, ensuring growth and ROI. Identified solutions tailored to clients’ needs. ● Delivered successful Open Enrollment held annually. Rebuilt initial plan set up, working across tight deadlines and weekends to ensure smooth infrastructure and rollout. Analyzed data to offer recommendations in partnership with finance. ● Set up Wellness Plans to meet employers’ needs, offering employees improved programs around physical and mental health.
