CurrentKnowledge on dealer agreements and products Review issues/errors should be identified and resolved in order to finalize contract processing in SFDC for FE and Portfolio.Configure client product and form set up utilizing internal systems.Fulfill requests from marketing staff & selling clients involving marketing materials, supplies and forms Provide support to our Sales staff, clients and marketing staff on all TWG Software/web interfaces, such as GLOW/TWG Connect Set Ups, password resets and functionality. Process cancellations requests, transfers, and/or any type of updates that are needed on service agreements.Process rush key entries of service agreements Assisted with reconcilements of accountsAssisted with pulling/sending report requests Leverage interdepartmental relationships to resolve client issues.
