As the Executive Assistant under the general supervision of the Senior Vice President Sales, a wide variety of functions were performed around planning and organizing within the diversified and administrative work function that supported the successful completion of department functions, goals, and objectives.

As the Executive Assistant, provided administrative support to the Sr. VP Development. and to his direct reports.• Participated in the tracking of active projects within Development.• Assisted in the meeting planning & preparation of presentations and reports for the Development organization including All Development Calls and high-level Franchisee meetings.• Coordinated internal and external meetings including conference calls, skype and webinars.• Assisted with the budget review and tracking on a monthly basis.• Managed Dunkin’ Brands relationship with key vendors including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). This included the handling of all regional meeting logistics and direct participation in the NY and Las Vegas Conventions that are held yearly. Collaborated and contributed to marketing regarding event coordination, registration, collateral materials, product, participation including identifying appropriate shows and complete management of the show as well as creative and messaging. Participated in several regional and national trade shows; real estate conventions that network brokers, landlords, franchisee candidates and retailers.
