Oversee accounting departments, analyze monthly transactions, prepare financial statements, work with the outside auditor in the preparation of the audit and the 990, create an annual budget with various grant components, and assist the program managers with grant reporting, work with third party payroll service providers, coordinate insurance coverages for all necessary policies including health insurance and general liability insurance.

Supervise bookkeeper to ensure that all accounts receivable and accounts payable data is accurate;Prepare all financial reporting for review by Executive Director and Board of Directors;Serve as key liaison with outsourced payroll and HR service;Review and approve all client contracts, in coordination with Executive Director;Review and pay bills in a timely manner;Invoice clients in a timely manner;Work with the Executive Director on forecasting revenue and expenses;Prepare the Annual Budget;Serve as key liaison with Auditor;Work with Program Director on inventory process
