As the first employee at the company to hold this role, I spearheaded the development, documentation, and enhancement of processes to manage the CPE content needs for over half of the top 200 accounting firms, as well as numerous small and mid-sized firms. I played a key role in migrating Prolaera customers to the LCvista platform following the companies' merger. I also created VBA macros that reduced the time required for common processes by up to 75%.Additionally, I managed content support tickets using Zendesk and Jira, providing friendly, competent, and professional service. I audited and analyzed content libraries to address duplicates, expired content, and erroneous data. Utilizing backend tools such as Grappelli, I coordinated the addition of new vendors to client sites, working closely with top CPE content vendors to integrate their courses into clients’ LCvista platforms.

I have assisted in several fields of law, including Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business, Social Security, Medicaid, Trust Administration, Probate, and Guardianship. I greatly increased productivity by creating standard documents and forms, custom CRM workflows, and a Microsoft Word/VBA toolkit. I analyzed data related to Medicaid, Real Estate, and Family Law. I made recommendations leading to technology purchasing decisions, chose and implemented an anti-malware program, and performed general tech support.
