- Contribute to the therapeutic area strategy as defined by subsidiary Medical plan - Support the development of the scientific and medical value of products and projects - Bring expertise in a therapeutic area to the Group's various internal teams, providing support to Medical, Marketing, Sales, Pharmaceutical and Training departments - Develop and follow-up external relations with therapeutic area experts, opinion leaders, research institutes, patient associations, etc. - Support the organization of national and international Medical Congresses and Scientific Meetings, being responsible, among others, for the choice and accompaniment of the speakers as well as the elaboration of the scientific programs as defined in Medical plan. - Support, whenever requested by medical professionals, the preparation of scientific articles on the therapeutic areas to which the company's medicines are intended - To contribute for the management of external relations with patient associations and other sources (ie focus group with patients), ensuring the inclusion of patients perspectives in medical activities. - Medical Information: ensure scientific watch in order to answer medical and technical questions from patients and healthcare professionals

- Ensure initial and ongoing training on medical issues and drugs, as well as sales, communication and personal development techniques.- Develop and use scientific and pedagogical materials (remote and face-to-face training).- Define training priorities for sales teams and others employees, together with Sales, Marketing and Medical departments.- Anwer to questions brought up by the sales team.- Monitor and validate individual training paths.
