Current• Recruitment - Developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates• Statutory Compliances - Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management• HR Operations - Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization• People Management - Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures• Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems• Exit Process - Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination• Team management - Motivating teams for running operations & extensive experience of developing procedures, service standards & operational policies for business excellence• Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes• Client management, building, sustaining and scaling up engagements with multiple clients
