'Les Routes du Futur du Grand Paris' is an exhibition that aims to display the works of 4 international teams of architects, urbanists, landscape architects and sociologists, regarding the future (2030-2050) of the highways in the region of Île-de-France. The main goal is to reduce congestion, noise and air pollution, and to improve the integration of the highways to the landscape and the cities. Some of the ideas include cyclable highways, reduction of 50% of the existing lanes, and the new concept of 'Autonomous Rail Transit' (SUN team), autonomous vehicle-modules that can add up or split, turning into a bus, a tram or a car depending on the traffic density.

Head of the Accessibility Analysis for the Transformative Climate Communities program, spearheaded by the Strategic Growth Council of California. cf. : http://sgc.ca.gov/programs/tcc/Tasks performed:- Created a geodatabase collecting the destination points selected for our analysis in Watts (Los Angeles County), Fresno (Fresno County) and Ontario (San Bernardino County). These points inform us on the accessibility to 6 conditions: transit, workforce development, education, healthcare, recreation, and fresh food.- Assembled and mapped datasets in order to enhance the spatial analysis.- Drafted a methodology to measure accessibility based on literature review and expert advise.- Performed a quantitative analysis of the degree to which the control sites were well matched to awarded sites through standard metrics (eg.: park acreage per person, health care facilities per person, etc.) and compare the results to the county average.

The Agile Development method was used for this project, delivering every week a document gathering the user stories (predefined with the product owner), my observations and my recommendations. Other additional delivered documents included the raw observations from the classes I have attended and a form used to assess the engagement of the class and the facilitator's behavior and attitude, that I debriefed with both the facilitator themselves and with the product owner.- The dining experience of ~300 studentsIn collaboration with the Operations team, this project aimed to improve the dining experience of our students. Action steps included organizing a town hall meeting to gather the feedback from the students and see what our biggest pain points were, creating two student teams (Student Catering Committee and the Menu Design Team) to involve them in the process, hire two Health and Catering experts, eat in the student dining hall for a week.
