Margarita “Rita” Kealey began her career in 2007 helping to grow a wedding and special events business venture from the ground up. By the time she earned her real estate license in 2016, she was the owner of that business.Rita thought it a natural progression to help newlyweds find their forever home after planning their wedding. The skills she developed as an events planner — time management, project coordination, and a keen eye for design and detail — continue to serve her well as she shows homes and handles each step of a real estate transaction. Homebuying can sometimes be a roller coaster, but Rita’s caring, reliable, and honest nature steadies clients’ worries; she knows the right home will present itself. Though she considers it a win-win to guide clients from the wedding through to the threshold, Rita cares deeply about each of her clients and strives to provide the best for them, regardless of their background. When it comes time to negotiate, her calm attitude and dedication to her clients’ goals prove successful in creating the best possible deal.In her spare time, Rita can be found at the beach or admiring the architecture and fabled stories of Hollywood’s homes. A caretaker at heart, Rita delights in nurturing her young family of four.
