Research any variances and properly post to SAP.Reconciled SAP General Ledger cash clearing and customer accounts.Aid in the supervision of six full time Cash Application Specialists. Helping with any issues they have in their daily duties. Key player in the monitoring of new acquisition sites added to ReconNet. Coordinated with several different departments throughout the company for the acquired Minit Mart convenience store/gas stations, adding approximately 300+ new locations to account for. Aided in the development of data processes for these sites on the ReconNet system to make sure data was being reported correctly and posting into SAP General Ledger system. Identify any issues and report them to the Systems Department for any fixes needed. Coordinated with American Express and Discover to set up Merchant Identification Numbers for all new sites and their departments.Create custom reports, for Management and Departmental use, using Crystal Reports to pull data from the ReconNet database, Created Vlookup’s for many of the processors. Each processor had their own MID for each location. The Vlookup’s were made to identify the actual internal site number that corresponded to that processors assigned MID.
