Started as a Recruiting Admin and progressed to Recruiter and HR Generalist/Relationship Manager. In this role I delivered HR Services to the Investor Services Line of Business in Boston. Through consultation with all levels of Management and the Global HR Team, provided managerial and employee relations/counseling, performance management, succession planning and compensation planning. Also worked closely with our HRIS team to gather, organize, and analyze employment data for managers by request and for informed internal decision making. Prior to leaving the firm after the birth of my first child, created a streamlined job family chart which was then used to clarify avenues for career progression, establish internal equity among position titles and descriptions, and develop training ladders.
