In our investigation, we explored the antibiotic sensitivity profiles of Vibrio cholerae strains obtained from various aquatic sources, shedding light on their susceptibility to different antimicrobial agents. This research is crucial in understanding the dynamics of antimicrobial resistance in aquatic environments and its potential implications for public health.Furthermore, we examined the effect of Neem oil, a natural bioactive compound with antimicrobial properties, on Vibrio cholerae growth. Our findings suggest promising avenues for alternative antimicrobial strategies that harness the power of nature to combat bacterial pathogens effectively.
