Happy to be the Lead UX Designer and individual contributor for the Sales Team.

Currently being the dedicated UX Designer of "Sales" Team at Bokio. :)

Co-responsible for the re-design f 80% of the private website, based on Customer’s feedback (from CS and marketing teams), research such as Card sorting, Stakeholder’s interviews, GA reports analytics and user testing done to existing and potential new customers.I’ve used Design Thinking and User Experience Design methodology to help achievethe project’s visions and in addition to that I’ve also supported the team by producing style guidesby creating components to be a living shared seamlessly with Front End Developers. Inthe cross functional team I was part of I've liaise with all the relevant stakeholders translatingbusiness goals and user’s needs into delightful experiences, making sure our co-createddesign solutions met the highest standards possible.

I’ve invested this period of time on personal development and also on personal projects such as Malta More Green and other activities (such as volunteering) where I had the opportunity to develop and discover other passions and dimensions of myself.

We are growing the UX team around 300% this year, with some challenges and even more opportunities, I'm 100% engaged to guarantee that all the team members are becoming both better professionals and human beings!

My responsibilities include the creation of tools that improve processes and communication between stakeholders, find USP's and its KPIs and providing data analysis/foundations that can be used to make design decisions in an informed way.

Graphic design, digital artwork, semi-rotary system prepress (and rotary flex), production management. Knowledge in Screen printing and hot stamping. Digital printing and finishing (half-cut, lamination). Monitoring the work throughout the manufacturing process.
