I also am the HR support for our 4 distribution facilities, 2 of which are unions. I assist in processing payroll, addressing employee relations, on-boarding, benefits support, and other related HR duties.I have proudly helped to establish a structured internship program for our company. We have been able to develop exceptional partnerships with the local universities, and the interest in our internship openings is at an all-time high. We have retained some incredibly talented students as a result.Additionally, I assist in identifying training and performance needs to support departments. I have worked to develop and/or facilitate the training materials, tools, and activities using various media. I have always had a passion for helping others learn, and I truly feel talent management contributes to the success of individuals and businesses.
