As a Recruitment Manager for Global Talent in Lisboa ISCTE, one of our local offices in Portugal, I was responsible for matching portuguese youth with our professional internships, while managing the international recruitment process for young students that want to gain professional experience abroad. We are currently recruiting in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing and Engineering areas!I was mainly responsible for:- Managing the development and sales of Global Talent in short-term duration, for youth;- Managing the standard operating procedures to approve the potential candidates for our opportunities; - Attract and recruit students between 18 to 30 years old for our opportunities abroad;- Ensuring our portuguese candidates fulfillment of the requirements of our professional internships, choosing the best opportunities for their profiles;
