With over 20 years dedicated to customer experience in Brazil and abroad, my career highlights include contributions to Azul Airlines, TEDxSãoPaulo, the ESPM Board, and international roles at Disney and the World Customer Economic Science (WCES).I've engaged in exclusive LinkedIn content creator initiatives, actively contribute as a Board Member at ESPM's Innovation Hub, Volunteer at TEDx events in Brazil, and currently serve as a Public and Customer Relations Executive at WCES.At Azul since before its operations began, I now work in the new Institutional Communication area.
