With over 20 years dedicated to customer experience in Brazil and abroad, my career highlights include contributions to Azul Airlines, TEDxSãoPaulo, the ESPM Board, and international roles at Disney and the World Customer Economic Science (WCES).I've engaged in exclusive LinkedIn content creator initiatives, actively contribute as a Board Member at ESPM's Innovation Hub, Volunteer at TEDx events in Brazil, and currently serve as a Public and Customer Relations Executive at WCES.At Azul since before its operations began, I now work in the new Institutional Communication area. Here, I strengthen organizational culture and customer experience (CX), enhance communication governance, represent the company at key events, and elevate business units, institutional profiles, and C-Level executives on professional social networks through strategic content. I also leverage branding, forge partnerships, provide C-Level advisory, and expand networking and business relationships.In recent years, I played a crucial role in CX at Azul, leading transformative and innovative projects that achieved excellent results and global recognition.As part of the leadership team of over 3,000 flight attendants at Azul, I delivered top NPS results, excelled in operational safety audits, and contributed to communication, CX, and engagement initiatives through the Mundo Cabin movement.
