I facilitated the delivery and deployment of BT solutions to retail customers within the UK. My activities involved coordinating with the Accounts Team during the bid phase, working with the customer and solution architects to realize the most suitable option for the customer, supervising the rollout and billing, until the business is ready for BAU handling.

I managed a customer account, leading a team of four from the bid phase through delivery to invoicing. I coordinated internal and external reporting, handled customer disputes and ran smaller projects along the day-to-day activities.

My main responsibility at BT is to coordinate the reporting activities of our market unit. There are more than 90 contracts within the portfolio, which covers Europe, Latam and other global markets. Another part of the job was to drive process improvement activities along with training and technical assistance.

This involved begin of lease activities such as pre-contract negotiation with the Credit and Pricing departments, creating contracts in line with the internal and external regulations, supervising invoicing procedure and settling incoming.
