I've been through the gauntlet/journey of building a company and have been blessed to help hundreds of leaders and teams make conscious changes to their lives and careers through transformative team dynamics and coaching.WHY WORDS MATTER? In addition to delivering live & virtual leadership events, I partner with clients through immersive coaching engagements and team dynamics events. And, coaching Millennial & Gen Z leaders - EQ WORDS MATTERS EVEN MORE!After spending over a decade as the CEO of a national energy & renewables services company founded by my husband, Ron, and cofounding and co-funding a startup film production company in Hollywood, I know what truly drives and sustains cultures — and it's not mastering the financials, enhancing marketing or social media channels. Rooted in my Christian faith, I know it's about authentic human connections across generations and cultures and THE INTENTIONAL WORDS WE SPEAK into each others' lives. Desert Storm was a defining timeframe in my early career success in top-secret leadership positions at GE Aerospace (with Jack Welch), Martin Marietta, and Lockheed in Washington, DC - the M&A's of which provided business and security experiences. My leadership development through the GE Crotonville program provided insights that inspired me to build my speaking and executive coaching career. As a private pilot, I teach a Crew Resource Management (CRM) safety program especially geared to personality, EQ and Human Factors in decision making. CRM is also a helpful tool for operating room personnel. My master's and doctoral research in educational psychology & technology focused on "transformational higher order thinking" and my undergraduate business degree is complimentary in my ongoing work with coaching clients as their "thinking partner." Oh, and I'm a Boston native, 1st generation American and dual citizen of the U.S. & Ireland. Married to Ron Murray, a US Air Force Academy graduate and high time pilot, Vietnam Veteran, serial entrepreneur, real estate aficionado, business partner and awe-inspiring chef, we love to travel, golf and fish! I'm active in faith-based marriage coaching, multi-generational church ministry and prison ministry.
