Was discovered by Otto Kroeger when employed by General Electric (GE) during Jack Welch (ENTJ) reign where we used the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) in leadership development at GE Crotonville. Was hired as a consultant to conduct week-long, highly interactive and experiential, qualification/certification events for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Step I and Step II, Class B psychological tools when OKA was a nationally accredited provider for Consulting Psychologists Press (CPP). Provided intensive/immersive events at the headquarters in VA and worldwide. Developed the OKA version of the MBTI Step II curriculum and delivered instructor training. Co-designed/developed two workbooks and courseware -- Generations: Bridging the Gap with Type & Generation Translation: Tools for Bridging the Gap (2016) -- for the world to benefit.

Departing DC in 1995, I ventured into a move to Oklahoma where I earned an M.Ed. and directed satellite training projects (SATTRN), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and managed $MM Oklahoma state agency projects for DHS, DOH, CSED, DDSD, Mental Health, Aging Services, Juvenile Justice and Health Commission; 100+ staff, partners and contractors and delivered training programs to 7000+ employees; script-writer, web designer, and on-screen talent for our satellite, CDROM, and video programs.

Upon discovery of a GE-Lockheed M&A of the Aerospace division, I led the Sunrise Studio Lab projects on an eLearning platform for robust satellite training and was the liaison for DoD technical training projects, facilities, personnel, and course curriculum. I was privileged to earn my security clearances and use the knowledge gained from my work in the PC industry to partner with many military contractor and agencies in large-scale national defense projects during the Gulf War developing a highly specialized DoD course curriculum. As the author of the training plans for Department of Justice and Bell South proposal efforts, I enjoyed traveling and partnering with other GE personnel. I was selected to attend GE Leadership Development Training in Crotonville, NY and had the opportunity to meet Jack Welch and it's where my love of coaching and leadership development was born.

This position directed the trajectory of my career with work at ground level of the PC industry. Refined/developed platform talents, writing skills and leadership abilities. I managed team of 15+ technical support/computer specialists and traveled nationwide and internationally in support of our 400 national franchise owners. Developed the Entre’ Central Network -- a private network system that included EMail, Bulletin Board, LANS, 5250 and 3270 Gateways. Entre' Private Network User Guide was published and I received the "Entre' Corporate Hero" award.
