Responsible for the rebranding of the two merged law firms, creating communication and marketing strategy, and making it work within the organization and outside.

Responsible for establishing and running the communication agency, creating brand & identity, driving growth, hiring, and managing the team. Simultaneously, I worked as a strategic consultant for half of the agency’s clients, including Klaipėdos nafta LNG terminal, Lietuvos draudimas, Camelia, Lexus, Citadele, NEO Finance, Life Insurance Companies’ Association, Jura, Alwark, Ministries of Finances, Social Security and Labor, etc. Agency became the top 11th largest agency in Lithuania, constantly winning market awards.

Communication project management in Lithuania and across the Baltics. I have worked with clients as Omnitel, Pohjola Bank Plc., Toshiba, Beko, Inchcape Motors, Zolfo Cooper (bank Snoras administrator), Evli. After two years, I have been offered to become a partner.

Responsible for strategy and communication of such clients as Valio, Nordea, Lithuanian Wind Power Association, Central Project Management Agency. I started as a project manager, eventually have become a project director.

I worked as an independent communication consultant with such clients as Elsis, Medva Cargo Services, etc.

I was responsible for the planning and implementation of the communication of such companies as Agrowill Group, ŽIA valda, real estate agency, etc.

Responsible for writing articles, taking interviews, editing texts.

I worked as a part-time news editor at the newly established online business portal vz.lt.
