Worked in the Staff Bank office, overseeing 6,000+ members of staff, daily activities included:• Supporting wards to meet their staffing requirements• General administrative duties (i.e. filing, taking calls, scheduling meetings) and handling the main inbox with 100+ emails per day• Taking calls for all 5 teams in the office, averaging 40 calls a day • Putting out job adverts, short-listing and interviewing potential candidates• Organising and allocating training for NHS Bank Nurses, HCAs and Administrators• Training 4+ new members of staff in the multiple teams in the office• Worked both as part of a team and also separately managed my own team• Creating staffing reports and reviewing documents, ensuring high-quality and accurate information was sent out to new and current employees• Liaising daily with other teams at CUH such as Payroll, Recruitment and Ward Managers• Worked throughout the Covid-19 outbreak, dealing with challenging situations, taking over 70 calls day and dealing with the inbox receiving 200+ emails a day
