Our main focus is to create engaging content for our community and to build a closer relationship and sense of belonging between our students, professors and the brand/institution. As a member of the team, I am responsible for the following:- Planning social media content according to external and internal context;- Creating engaging content (written, graphic and video) for social media platforms (Instagram);- Scheduling posts and stories, and responding to messages and comments on Instagram and Facebook, using the Meta Business tool.

As a sales assistant at Sfera, I am responsible for the following:- Serving customers and answering their questions about our products or our company;- Processing cash and card payments as well as product returns and payment refunds;- Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery.

As a member of the People & Culture department, I was responsible for the following:- Creating content to promote internal events and programmes through email;- Creating content for the internal newsletter;- Planning, developing and creating content to build an internal commemorative website;- Planning and creating content for social media platforms of the diverse business units;- Contacting possible suppliers and partners for future internal events.

Member of the research team of the financed Project iMC Salt – Development of innovative equipment to Monitor and Control the addition of Salt. As a member of the team, I was responsible for the following:- Development of documents with instructions, easy-to-read leaflets and an educational book containing healthy recipes, intended for project participants;- Collaboration in recruitment and follow-up appointments by carrying out anthropometric assessments and applying questionnaires;- Participation in data collection for the presentation of a poster entitled “Inadequate sodium and potassium intake according to different methodological approaches – subsample of participants in the iMC Salt project” presented at the 6th Annual Coimbra School Health Meeting.

Our mission was to inform and form a positive perception of the activities organized and carried out within AEFCNAUP, mediating the bilateral communication between the association and the socio-economic environment, in order to ensure the highest possible correlation between the needs of our students and the ability of AEFCNAUP to promptly and efficiently meet them. As head of the department, I was responsible for the following:- Ensuring all AEFCNAUP materials had consistent and positive messaging and branding & were adequate to our target audience;- Managing the team of the Communication and Image Department & the contact with other departments of AEFCNAUP;- Attending AEFCNAUP events & guaranteeing all materials and communication were aligned with the event; - Managing all social media networks & ensuring AEFCNAUP's public presence.
